Virtual Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support up to three fast‑growing startup CEOs across the US and Canada. The role is fully remote and focuses on anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and helping leaders stay ahead.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Design and improve workflows, trackers and documentation.
• Support projects, reporting and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Track deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.

Required profile

Required skills

• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.
