About the role

Remote Executive Assistant supporting fast‑growing US and Canadian startups. The role is not a traditional assistant; you’ll own tasks, anticipate needs and help executives succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expenses
• Building and improving workflows, trackers, and documentation
• Supporting projects, reporting, and process improvement
• Coordinating across teams and stakeholders
• Tracking deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Identifying inefficiencies and proposing better systems

Required profile

Required skills
