Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Viva is looking for a seasoned professional to support a senior executive in the US or Canada while working remotely from anywhere in Latin America. If you have experience leading teams and thrive in fast‑paced environments, this role lets you apply those skills to high‑level executive support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, produce data analyses and reports, create SOPs, documentation and coordinate projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1) with strong written and spoken communication.
• At least one prior role held for 2+ years.
• Proactive attitude and comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.
