Technical Project Manager – Field Service Dispatch

About the role

The Technical Project Manager coordinates and dispatches field service technicians across multiple client sites. Working 100% remotely, you will manage incoming service requests, ensure proper triage, scheduling, and completion, and act as the primary point of contact for all dispatch activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and triage incoming job requests, creating basic work scopes and tickets.
• Coordinate technician scheduling, site readiness, access requirements, and client communications.
• Manage inbound dispatch calls, escalations, and maintain accurate call queue records.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours emergency dispatches.
• Support field logistics, including equipment, travel arrangements, vendor issues, and internal communications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technician and job request records for reporting and audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in dispatch, field coordination, or IT services.
• Strong project‑management abilities with multitasking in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to convey technical issues clearly via phone, voicemail, and email.
