Social Media Manager & On‑Camera Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who will also appear on camera to produce Reels, Stories and other video formats. The role is fully remote, supporting multiple brands and requires a blend of strategic thinking, content creation and on‑camera presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts for several brands.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Conceptualise campaigns, write captions, hooks, scripts and other copy.
• Appear on camera for Reels, Stories and other video content.
• Plan and take part in content shoots, collaborating with designers and video editors.
• Review and provide feedback on video and creative assets.
• Monitor comments, DMs and community interactions.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1+ level) with strong writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Creative, proactive mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple brands, deadlines and projects independently.
• Passion for internet trends, meme culture and emerging content formats.

Required skills

• Experience with Canva for graphic creation.
• Familiarity with CapCut for video editing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
