Senior Strategist, Programmatic

About the role

As a Programmatic Senior Strategist at Power Digital you will own the execution, performance and growth of programmatic services for enterprise‑level accounts. You will work under pressure, provide strategic insights, and align programmatic tactics with broader business goals while communicating directly with senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive strategic collaboration with cross‑functional teams to develop sophisticated programmatic strategies.
• Design and implement comprehensive programmatic campaigns across mobile, display, video, CTV, DOOH and audio.
• Oversee onboarding of new programmatic accounts and campaigns within DSPs, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies.
• Identify strategic audience segments and establish data partnerships to optimize addressable campaigns.
• Serve as primary point of contact for programmatic communications, providing senior‑level insights and guidance to clients.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience managing cross‑channel performance marketing campaigns for e‑commerce, B2B and B2C lead generation.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Proven understanding of digital marketing principles across mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV and audio.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills for working with clients, vendors and internal teams.

Required skills

• Experience with demand‑side platforms (DSPs) and programmatic advertising tools.
• Knowledge of ad servers, ad verification tools and ad trafficking systems.
• Proficiency in AI technologies to enhance campaign optimization.
• Ability to integrate advanced reporting APIs and data‑driven insights.
• Familiarity with Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem and related programmatic workflows.
