Senior Paid Media Manager

About the role

The Senior Paid Media Manager will own end‑to‑end paid media for direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) and e‑commerce accounts. You will onboard new clients, build ad accounts from scratch, and run live campaigns to meet revenue targets while serving as the primary client contact for spend performance.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients: define budgets, CPA/ROAS targets, audiences, and reporting cadence.
• Audit existing ad accounts, tracking setups, and creative libraries before launch.
• Configure ad accounts, pixels, Conversions API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
• Build account structures (campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budget splits) and brief creative requirements.
• Launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns daily against KPIs, managing budget pacing and reallocating spend.
• Run creative, audience, and bidding tests, then scale successful elements.
• Produce weekly and monthly client reports and present findings.
• Identify risks early and communicate performance issues with remediation plans.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on paid media buying across Meta and Google platforms (TikTok a plus).
• Proven track record in DTC or e‑commerce managing ROAS or CPA targets.
• Experience leading client calls independently, including performance discussions.
• Strong understanding of tracking and attribution (GA4, pixel, CAPI).
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously from setup to optimisation.
