About the role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to own and shape the digital presence of a fast‑growing sales‑operations consultancy. You will drive the full marketing lifecycle, from website redesign to sophisticated HubSpot automation, email campaigns and social media strategy, delivering measurable growth for owner‑led B2B businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the redesign and ongoing management of the company website to reflect a premium brand identity.
• Architect, build and maintain end‑to‑end HubSpot workflows for lead generation and nurturing.
• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing programs for prospects and existing clients.
• Create and implement a consistent social‑media strategy targeting decision‑makers in the $2M‑$50M revenue segment.
• Launch integrated marketing campaigns aligned with consulting playbooks and sales‑optimization services.
• Monitor, analyse and report on marketing KPIs, iterating strategies based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile
