Senior AI Automation & Integration Engineer

About the role

Prime Landscaping & Snow Removal is looking for a Senior AI Automation & Integration Engineer to connect field operations, customer management, and core administrative systems. Based on‑site in Las Colinas, Managua, you will design, build, and maintain AI‑driven workflows that streamline estimation, crew dispatch, scheduling, and CRM/ERP integration.

Key responsibilities

• Implement large language models (OpenAI, Claude) and computer‑vision APIs to create smart chatbots, automated measurement tools, proposal generators, and lead‑scoring systems.
• Develop and maintain bidirectional integrations between the company’s CRM and Field Service Management (FSM) platforms, ensuring accurate data sync for leads, estimates, work orders, and customer history.
• Design, test, and deploy automated workflows linking HubSpot, Aspire, QuickBooks Online, and internal communication channels using Make, n8n, Zapier, or custom scripts.
• Automate crew scheduling, weather‑based rescheduling, and route optimization within the FSM platform.
• Monitor API endpoints, webhooks, and sync logs to prevent duplication, troubleshoot errors, and maintain high system uptime.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to identify manual processes and propose high‑impact AI/automation solutions.
• Ensure data privacy, secure API key management, and compliance across all integrations.
• Support leadership with experimental AI pilots, custom dashboards, and technology evaluations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in software integration, backend engineering, or workflow automation.
• Proven track record with enterprise CRM and FSM platforms, including custom webhooks, REST APIs, and property mappings.
• Experience building production‑grade automations with Make, n8n, Zapier, or custom scripting.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and cloud services into business applications.
