Sales Executive – Modern Channel

About the role

As a Sales Executive for the Modern Channel, you will represent Colgate‑Palmolive by building trust‑based client relationships, executing the 7Ps strategy, and implementing Joint Business Plans to grow sales, market share and omnichannel presence profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and execute 5P strategies and Joint Business Plans to meet sales, margin and distribution targets.
• Maintain proactive client communication, participate in Top‑to‑Top meetings and manage account administration including credit policies and rebates.
• Conduct field visits to identify opportunities, monitor competitor activity and optimise inventory levels and promotional displays.
• Analyse trade statistics to create high‑impact promotional plans, accurate forecasts and growth strategies.
• Communicate plans to in‑store field teams, provide direction and feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s licence.
