About the role

The Research Specialist – Portuguese will conduct in‑depth research, analyse data and turn findings into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. The role combines strong analytical abilities with bilingual proficiency to support decision‑making across projects that require Portuguese language expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive research projects covering various topics.
• Collect, clean and analyse quantitative and qualitative data.
• Translate source material between Portuguese and English while maintaining accuracy.
• Produce concise reports that highlight key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and communicate findings to the Team Lead.

Required profile

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in both Portuguese and English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Strong problem‑solving, lateral research and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
