About the role

Cargill is seeking a Receiver Dispatcher to support its global distribution network. The role focuses on optimizing resource use, minimizing costs, and maintaining quality standards while handling shipment planning, data management, and customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch transport activities, directing drivers or equipment.
• Develop, maintain, and execute compliance procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting shipment execution, following industry-standard procedures.
• Plan, manage, and review distribution‑center operations to meet performance and quality targets.
• Collect, organize, and enter documentation and routine data.
• Handle moderately complex administrative, technical, or customer‑service issues under general supervision, escalating when needed.
• Validate loads for dispatch and ensure shipments leave on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
