Production Designer

About the role

As a Production Designer you will create high‑quality print and digital assets within an established brand and template system for a major client. The role focuses on precision and consistency rather than concept development, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adapt content across formats while preserving brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality print and digital assets from existing brand templates, including social assets, display ads, email, web banners, signage, direct mail, and collateral.
• Adapt content across sizes, formats, and channels while preserving strict consistency with established templates and brand standards.
• Prepare print‑ready files with correct bleeds, trims, colour profiles and pre‑flight requirements, and export digital assets according to platform specifications.
• QA and proof your own work, correcting inconsistencies before internal or client review.
• Manage multiple production requests, keep the queue updated in ClickUp, log time accurately and flag potential deadline risks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on production design or graphic design experience within established brand systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, able to spot subtle inconsistencies in spacing, typography, alignment and imagery.
• Strong self‑QA and proofreading habits, with a track record of delivering accurate work under fluctuating volume.
• Organised, dependable and comfortable following defined processes and workflows.

Required skills

• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Figma.
• ClickUp or similar project‑management platform.
