Power Platform Developer & AI

About the role

As a Power Platform Engineer you will join digital transformation projects, designing and building solutions that deliver real business impact. You will create applications with Power Apps, automate processes with Power Automate, and work on SharePoint Online solutions while collaborating with diverse, multicultural teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Build SharePoint Online intranets, collaboration platforms, document management systems and SPFx extensions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems via connectors, APIs and Azure services.
• Participate in governance, Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives, ALM practices and definition of technical standards.
• Optimize performance and user experience, share best practices and mentor team members.
• Leverage Microsoft AI capabilities such as AI Builder, Copilot Studio and Agentic Flows to create intelligent solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, especially Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise‑grade applications and process‑automation solutions.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (assessment required).
