PMO - Project Manager

About the role

Stefanini is looking for a proactive PMO Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across business, technology and vendor teams. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage schedules, milestones, deliverables, owners and dependencies.
• Track progress, identify deviations and ensure commitment compliance.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary team collaboration and vendor coordination.
• Prepare and present executive status reports and performance indicators.
• Lead project meetings, steering committees and maintain traceability of decisions.
• Handle scope changes and support resource and effort control.
• Apply traditional, agile or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
• Maintain effective communication with technical, functional and executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and follow up on complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor progress and manage risks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of PMBOK/PMI standards.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
