About the role

The Operational Route and Settlement Officer will support the efficient distribution and routing of credit and debit cards for a bank. The role contributes to the bank’s logistics strategy by reducing delivery times, optimizing distribution costs, improving customer satisfaction, and minimizing fraud, loss, or delays.

Key responsibilities

• Assign credit/debit cards and related products to delivery executives.
• Plan and establish delivery routes for distribution production.
• Receive and control inventory entries into the distribution hub.
• Coordinate with external logistics service providers.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrable advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience as a route planner, transport assistant, or in a similar position.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel
