About the role

The Bilingual Banking Services Officer will provide personalized advice and support to clients, promoting the bank's financial products and services in both Spanish and English. This role focuses on meeting product placement targets while delivering high‑quality, efficient service to strengthen the bank‑client relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Offer tailored guidance on financial products and services that match client needs.
• Promote and sell bank products to achieve placement and sales goals.
• Follow up on client requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high standard of service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory) and native Spanish.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales‑oriented position.
• Strong client focus, creativity, innovation, and results‑driven attitude.
• Effective communication skills.
