About the role

The Collections Officer will ensure efficient management of the assigned portfolio, accurately apply payments, and follow up on delinquent accounts through authorized channels. You will act as a key link between the company, its clients and intermediaries to improve cash recovery and maintain strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile the assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Apply payments precisely and update the system accordingly.
• Monitor overdue accounts and initiate timely collection actions.
• Communicate with clients and intermediaries to resolve payment issues.
• Support the optimization of collection processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Final‑year students or graduates in Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, operations or collections.
• Residency near Carretera Sur or willingness to travel to that area.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with Google Workspace tools.
• Familiarity with collection methodologies and payment management systems.
