Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing, hands‑on Marketing & Growth Manager to drive profitable and sustainable growth for a premium woodcraft company. This ownership role will manage the entire marketing funnel, from audience targeting to qualified opportunity generation, and work closely with Sales and leadership to optimise pipeline performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Ideal Customer Profile, buyer personas and purchasing motivations across the customer journey.
• Identify and remove growth bottlenecks using sales, customer and financial data.
• Plan, execute, measure and optimise multi‑channel campaigns including paid digital advertising, social media, SEO, email marketing, retargeting and website/landing‑page optimisation.
• Manage external agencies or freelancers when specialised resources are required.
• Partner with Sales to review lead quality, track conversion through the pipeline and improve messaging.
• Maintain clean attribution, CRM tracking and reporting dashboards for leadership.
• Align marketing activities with production capacity and overall business goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on marketing or growth marketing experience.
• Proven track record of personally executing campaigns rather than only managing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue and ROI.
• Comfortable analysing data, diagnosing constraints and translating insights into action.
