About the role

DISMANA, an authorized distributor of the DIANA brand, is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to drive the implementation of its Sales Management Model across the retail channel in Nicaragua. You will ensure targets are met while fostering the growth and performance of your team.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Sales Management Model for the assigned group.
• Ensure achievement of defined sales results and KPIs.
• Provide coaching, support and development opportunities for team members.
• Equip the sales force with the tools and resources needed for success.

Required profile

• Graduated professional (or 5th‑year student) in Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading sales teams.
• Result‑oriented with strong conflict‑resolution, teamwork and customer‑focus skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Hand‑Held devices.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
