Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to manage and grow our most important client relationships in Managua. The role ensures service delivery, compliance with contracts and SLAs, and drives profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Administer commercial and operational relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor vacancy coverage and continuity of service.
• Coordinate activities with Recruitment, Payroll and Operations teams.
• Analyze turnover, absenteeism, productivity and coverage metrics.
• Prepare and present executive reports and KPIs to clients.
• Handle incidents, requests and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs and applicable regulations.
• Supervise service quality provided to personnel.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts.
• Manage administrative reporting, documentation and project information.
• Participate in costing and expense forecasting aligned with client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Relations, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in outsourcing, logistics or specialized services.
• Proven experience negotiating with corporate clients and handling contracts.
• Strong analytical mindset, organized, proactive and client‑focused.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities under pressure.
