IT Project Manager – Technical Projects

About the role

The Technical Project Manager leads end‑to‑end delivery of technology initiatives that support client growth, operational excellence and strategic business objectives across Concentrix. Acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical workstreams, the role ensures projects are planned, governed, communicated and delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology projects, from planning through closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets and secure required approvals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional IT workstreams (Architecture, Network, Telecom, Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, ITSDM) and external vendors.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Drive governance cadence and ensure change controls (e.g., CRQs) are completed.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, security and business requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Oversee accurate project documentation and compliance with standards.
• Facilitate successful transition of solutions into Business‑As‑Usual operations.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration.
• 3–6 years of project management experience leading technology initiatives in enterprise environments (Tech, BPO, Telco or Banking).
• Experience coordinating infrastructure, network, telecom, cloud, security, migration or application implementation projects.
• Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and global teams.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMO, PMGA) preferred.
