Ingeniero Geólogo – Ventas Técnicas

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Geologist Engineer to lead technical sales activities for infrastructure, geotechnical and construction projects. The professional will combine geological expertise with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, provide specialized technical advice and drive the sales process to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities related to roads, slope stabilization, erosion control, hydraulic works and other geotechnical solutions.
• Prospect and maintain relationships with construction firms, engineering consultancies, designers and developers.
• Analyze technical needs of each project and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct technical and commercial site visits.
• Prepare and present quotations, technical‑commercial proposals and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to adapt solutions to specific project conditions.
• Track opportunities from identification through proposal presentation to contract signing.
• Monitor tenders, ongoing projects and market trends.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of opportunities, clients and projects.
• Achieve established commercial targets for the product line.

Required profile

• Graduated in Geology, Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, project development, construction, geotechnics or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with the construction and infrastructure sector, preferably working with contractors, consultancies or engineering firms.
