About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical sales team. The role focuses on designing and executing commercial plans that drive sustainable growth and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a commercial strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage strategic relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Monitor performance indicators and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Prepare and present commercial results reports to senior management.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles.
• Extensive knowledge of the national and institutional pharmaceutical market.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing sales teams, distributors and multiple channels.
