About the role

This position focuses on developing and managing commercial opportunities by providing specialized technical advice for infrastructure, geotechnical, and construction projects. The role is aimed at professional women with a background in geology or related engineering fields.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities related to infrastructure, road works, slope stabilization, erosion control, hydraulic works and geotechnical solutions.
• Prospect and maintain relationships with construction firms, engineering consultancies, designers, developers and public entities.
• Analyze technical needs of each project and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct technical and commercial site visits to projects and clients.
• Follow projects from opportunity identification through proposal preparation to sales closure.
• Prepare and present quotations, technical‑commercial proposals and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to adapt solutions to specific project conditions.
• Monitor tenders, ongoing projects and market‑detected opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of commercial opportunities, clients and projects.
• Achieve the commercial objectives set for the line of business.

Required profile

• Graduated professional in Geology, Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in technical sales, project development, construction, geotechnics or infrastructure.
• Preferable experience working with construction companies, consultancies or infrastructure projects.
