Full-Stack Software Engineer – FinTech

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned full‑stack engineer to join a leading digital currency platform that bridges crypto and traditional finance. The role involves building secure, high‑performance systems that support high‑volume financial transactions and compliance‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack features across customer‑facing and internal web applications.
• Build and evolve backend APIs for onboarding, authentication, transaction lifecycles and operational workflows.
• Integrate third‑party services and external providers, implementing OAuth 2.0 authentication flows.
• Work within a microservices architecture on AWS, using containers, Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance, reliability and observability standards, including monitoring with Grafana.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience developing both frontend and backend systems.
• Strong background in building backend services with Golang and/or Java.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript (v5) for server‑side development.
• Experience creating frontend applications using Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and container orchestration.
