Full Stack AI Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology consultancy with more than 15 years of experience and a team of 4,000+ remote engineers, is hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer. You will contribute to AI-powered product features, working across backend and frontend systems alongside senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to features such as agent integrations and supporting API services.
• Help build RAG pipelines and integrate LLMs into product features.
• Support evaluation of AI behavior to ensure quality.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces using React with TypeScript.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, surfacing blockers and asking for help when needed.

Required profile

• Experience in Python.
• Familiarity with LLM integration and RAG pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph or similar tools.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation concepts.
• Experience with retrieval over structured and unstructured data.
• Prompt engineering skills.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Working proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Nice to have: vector search and embedding strategy, container orchestration and microservices, CI/CD and service observability, security mindset and secure coding practices.
