Ejecutivo de Venta - Nicaragua

About the role

The Sales Executive will be based in Managua and will focus on field activities, visiting existing and prospective clients to promote Print Latam Group’s point‑of‑sale solutions. This full‑time position is responsible for building relationships, generating new business and ensuring timely delivery of visual communication materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities through client visits and prospecting.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and coordinate with internal production and logistics teams.
• Track orders to guarantee on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market visits, gather client feedback and contribute to commercial strategies to increase market share.
• Use CRM tools to manage accounts and sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in digital printing, large‑format or advertising.
• Own vehicle is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to build long‑term client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of point‑of‑sale (P.O.P.) materials and willingness to learn production technicalities.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
