About the role

The Business Banking Executive is responsible for achieving commercial targets by acquiring corporate clients, promoting credit products, deposits and other financial services, and managing the existing client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire corporate clients for credit granting and other financial products.
• Attract deposits and cross‑sell additional banking services.
• Manage the active portfolio, responding to client requests and following up on inquiries.
• Oversee the assigned delinquent portfolio, ensuring compliance with established parameters.
• Conduct on‑site visits to client businesses for verification and relationship building.
• Perform zone verifications and review financial information of clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
• Knowledge of financial analysis.
• Previous experience in similar banking or financial roles.
• Own vehicle is mandatory.
