Design Production Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Design Production Specialist to transform customer‑supplied concepts into production‑ready 2D and 3D files. The role blends CAD modeling in SolidWorks with graphic preparation in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ensuring that designs are accurate, documented, and ready for manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, modify, and finalize customer designs for production using SolidWorks or comparable CAD tools.
• Create and update 2D technical drawings and 3D models, reviewing them for accuracy and manufacturability.
• Adjust designs based on feedback from production staff and manufacturing constraints.
• Prepare, edit, and verify artwork files in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ensuring consistency with technical drawings.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and manage multiple CAD and artwork files throughout the fabrication process.
• Collaborate with production teams during fabrication and assembly, responding to feedback and making necessary revisions.

Required profile

• Background in Industrial Design, CAD Design, Production Art, Prepress, or a related discipline.
• Strong professional English communication skills (B2+/C1).
• Experience working remotely with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SolidWorks (or similar 3D CAD software).
• Adobe Illustrator.
• Adobe Photoshop.
