Customer Success Associate

About the role

The Customer Success Associate will nurture existing client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement. You will become a product expert, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and gathering valuable feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound phone and email contacts daily, using search and productivity tools to verify and update customer information.
• Conduct regular health‑check calls to assess product usage, satisfaction, and perceived value.
• Develop deep product knowledge to address objections and answer technical questions confidently.
• Document qualitative and quantitative feedback via surveys, calls, and emails, feeding the “Voice of the Customer” into internal processes.
• Identify and act on roadblocks that hinder product adoption, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and management to promote a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of B2B or B2C sales experience, with a proven record of meeting personal or team quotas.
• Fluent English (B2+ level) and prior experience in commercial or staff‑team environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a quick learner of new technologies and data.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM platform.
