Coordinador(a) de Almacén – Gestión de Inventario y Producción

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator will work closely with production and cross‑functional teams to ensure product availability and optimize supply resources. This position supports the protein and salt business line, contributing to Cargill's sustainable food solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with production management and the Operations Superintendent to drive the master production schedule.
• Create feasible production schedules, considering line capacity, labor, batch sizes, execution rates, bottlenecks and planned downtime.
• Optimize production and inventory levels to meet demand plans.
• Coordinate material shipping activities while adhering to quality and safety regulations.
• Manage location‑specific training processes.
• Resolve complex user, administrative, technical or customer‑service issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most critical cases.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and FSQR examinations.
• Administer inventory lot records accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
