Client Success Manager – Wedding Venue Marketing Agency

About the role

We are seeking our first Client Success Manager to be the single point of contact for our wedding‑venue clients. This foundational role will shape the client experience as we scale, working closely with SEO, web development, and ads teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client onboarding calls and set up clients on platforms such as Slack, CRM, and ClickUp.
• Serve as the primary contact for active clients, coordinating with internal SEO, Google Ads, and web development teams.
• Manage and prioritize tasks in ClickUp, communicating proactively via Slack.
• Send milestone updates (campaign launches, website completions, landing page deliveries) and lead monthly strategy and reporting calls.
• Identify upsell opportunities and present additional services in a consultative manner.
• Ensure deliverables stay on schedule by following up internally and externally.
• Create and document SOPs to support future growth and onboarding.
• Record client calls using Fathom or ClickUp’s screen recorder for quality and accountability.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of SEO.
• Knowledge of Google Ads / PPC.
• Familiarity with website development processes.
• Experience with ClickUp.
• Proficiency in Slack.
• Experience using a CRM system.
