Channel Affiliations Business Executive

About the role

Banco LAFISE is seeking a Channel Affiliations Business Executive to drive growth of its Non‑Bank Correspondent network (ServiRED) in Managua and surrounding municipalities. The role focuses on acquiring high‑value merchants, managing relationships, and expanding transaction volumes and commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard high‑value merchants and clients to the ServiRED network.
• Provide personalized support for requests, suggestions, and complaints from network members.
• Manage contractual documentation, conduct system training, and ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations.
• Promote cross‑selling of bank products such as POS terminals, payroll services, cards, insurance, and loans.
• Analyze channel transaction statistics to guide decision‑making and promotional activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, dual control, and anti‑money‑laundering policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field (post‑graduate degree desirable).
• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in banking or financial services.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
