About the role
MDB Capital, a U.S.-based investment firm, is expanding its operations in Managua, Nicaragua. We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Brokerage Operations Associate to support our sales and trading activities and grow with the team.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily sales and trading operations.
- Assemble and review position, balance, and exception reports.
- Reconcile trades and review trade details.
- Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance.
- Address basic client inquiries and account‑related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of trades and money movement.
- Support compliance and regulatory processes.
- Compile and present daily financial and trading reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in financial operations, account management or financial administration (preferred).
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and organized.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and solution‑driven mindset.
