Bilingual Spanish Cold Caller – Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy bilingual Spanish Cold Caller to drive lead generation, schedule qualified appointments, and support our insurance quoting process. The role involves high‑volume outbound outreach via calls, texts, and emails while keeping our CRM organized.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume outbound cold calling to targeted lists to generate leads, pitch services, and qualify prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments and manage calendar bookings for the sales team.
• Execute timely multi‑channel follow‑ups with prospects via phone, SMS, and email.
• Assist with gathering preliminary information to support insurance quoting and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate records, update lead status in real‑time, and clean databases within HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Handle general email correspondence, calendar organization, and basic customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound lead generation; insurance sales experience preferred.
• Highly resilient mindset, comfortable handling rejection and delivering engaging pitches.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication with strong active listening abilities.
• Technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HubSpot or similar CRM, and power‑dialer software.
• Meticulous attention to detail for data entry and pipeline tracking.
