Bilingual Sales Development Representative (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Junior Sales Development Representative to join our fully remote team. The role combines outbound prospecting with essential sales‑admin support for bilingual professionals across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to qualify leads.
• Schedule discovery calls and manage invitations between prospects and sales reps.
• Log outreach activities, update internal trackers, and generate pipeline reports.
• Support market research, oversee email follow‑ups, and organize sales collateral in Google Drive.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1‑C2 level).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales and/or administrative support.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and a backup connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Compensation USD $696–$1,044 per month, commensurate with experience, plus annual pay increases.
