Video & Image Ad Editor – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a creative Video & Image Ad Editor to produce high‑performing advertising content for paid social platforms. The role is fully remote and focuses on turning raw footage and UGC into conversion‑driven video ads and designing eye‑catching image ads.

Key responsibilities

• Edit video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, applying strong hooks, pacing and retention techniques.
• Transform raw footage, user‑generated content and creator material into polished ads ready for testing.
• Design image ads with clear typography, hierarchy and brand‑aligned on‑image text.
• Create multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and improve performance.
• Ensure all assets meet platform specifications, placement requirements and mobile‑first viewing.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing video for e‑commerce or direct‑response advertising.
• Deep understanding of what makes paid‑social creative convert, including hooks, captions, CTAs and pattern interrupts.
• Ability to produce a variety of video styles (UGC‑inspired, testimonial, promotional, offer‑driven).
• Strong typography skills and experience designing text‑driven image ads.
• Detail‑oriented, able to follow guidelines, incorporate feedback quickly and meet deadlines.
