About the role

This position supports the primary Administrator of Anti‑Money Laundering (AML), Terrorist Financing (TF) and Fraud Prevention (FP) in managing the comprehensive risk prevention system. The deputy will act as the Administrator in their absence, ensuring continuity of compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review client files to verify compliance with AML/TF/FP regulations.
• Accelerate technical control authorizations when required documentation is complete.
• Streamline processes across departments and ensure proper documentation of AML/TF/FP activities.
• Monitor file status and follow up on pending documentation from internal areas.
• Screen and monitor transactions involving individuals on special or suspicious lists, both national and international.
• Cooperate with the SIBOF on specific requests, maintaining cordial and compliant relationships.
• Perform all duties of the primary Administrator when they are unavailable.

Required profile

• University degree (Licenciatura) in Law or Business Administration.
• Preferably a postgraduate qualification in Risk Evaluation within the insurance industry.
• Specialized certifications in AML/TF prevention.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar compliance role within the insurance sector.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AML, terrorist financing and fraud prevention regulations.
• Ability to analyze client dossiers and transaction data.
• Strong organizational and monitoring capabilities.
