About the role

The Store Supervisor will be the face of the Flor de Caña brand across national boutiques, including the airport duty‑free shop and local market locations. The role combines retail management, brand compliance, and marketing budget oversight to ensure a consistent brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure visual merchandising follows the Brand Book.
• Perform cash closures, daily sales reconciliation, and generate sales reports per vendor.
• Monitor marketing spend to stay within authorized budgets.
• Manage product ordering, inventory control, and coordinate restocking with the warehouse.
• Ensure product presentation, cocktail, coffee, and dessert quality meet brand standards.
• Lead and evaluate the sales team, guaranteeing proper brand representation.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to implement brand guidelines for tours and promotional offers.

Required profile

• Graduate in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years experience supervising retail points of sale or brand management.
• Proven ability to control budgets, handle cash closures, and reconcile daily sales.
• Strong attention to detail, assertive communication, and results‑oriented mindset.
