Installation Coordinator (Project Manager)

About the role

Our client, a growing playground equipment supplier, is looking for an Installation Coordinator (also called Operations Coordinator) to oversee the end‑to‑end installation process for customers. This remote, full‑time position serves as the main point of contact between customers and installers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50‑100 active installation jobs.
• Communicate with customers to explain the installation process and keep them informed.
• Coordinate with installers, providing schedules, resources, and necessary documentation.
• Schedule installations, monitor timelines, and adjust plans as needed.
• Act as the liaison between customers and installers, troubleshooting issues that arise on site.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in construction, contractor management, or similar fields.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable collaborating with teams.
• Adaptable to change and eager to improve processes.
