About the role

The Special Accounts Collection Executive is responsible for personalized, continuous follow‑up of high‑risk accounts to recover outstanding balances on credit cards and consumer loans. The role aims to meet recovery targets and improve collection performance indicators while requiring the use of a personal vehicle for client visits.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client outreach through visits, phone calls, and electronic channels to negotiate payment terms and recover special‑balance accounts.
• Maintain timely records of follow‑up actions and agreements in the designated system.
• Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance and recovery results.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections and customer service.
• Own a reliable vehicle for field work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
