About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Success Agent / Community Manager to become the voice of our brand. You will engage with customers across Google and Meta platforms, foster a vibrant online community, and ensure every interaction reflects a positive brand experience.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or community management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to engage effectively with online communities.
