About the role

Our client is looking for a proactive Community Manager who will act as the voice of the brand, engaging with customers across Google and Meta platforms. This full‑time remote position focuses on boosting customer satisfaction and building a vibrant online community for businesses that use their digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer reviews and comments on Google and Meta platforms.
• Grow the social media community by actively engaging with potential clients.
• Monitor social media trends and conversations relevant to the brand.
• Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or community management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google, Meta and other social media platforms.
• Ability to engage effectively with online communities.
